Earlier this year I was commissioned to photograph a residential building under construction along Flinders Street.
It was the first time I took photographs wearing a safety helmet and vest.
Not what I’m used to, in a good way.
Maybe it’s just a habit from photographing weddings, I always have this fascination with anything ‘behind the scenes’.
The finished products are always shiny. Always perfect. Predictable.
The process behind ‘perfect’, the hard work behind ‘happily ever after’, to me that’s interesting.
Recently I went back to capture the finished facade.
Thought I should share these before I see the shiny interior.

Woah the exterior of that building is cool. What an awesome idea to photograph before & after 🙂
