65 Degrees may have changed their name and location, but what remained the same is their passion for coffee. The Haralambopoulos brothers not only run a tight ship; they manage their own award winning roasting house, Gridlock Coffee.
I was fortunate enough to catch a roasting session at the back of the hall, and I have to say it really reminded me of my hometown coffee shop.
Having a World Barista Championship under their belt, you’d expect more ego from the brothers. On the contrary, they’re the most down to earth coffee crowd you’ll ever meet.
