This was the first place I shot my assignment for the latest issue of Melbourne Magazine.
Situated right across Hardware Societe, you can see the contrast in terms of philosophy and target market of the two places.
There’s not much to say about Silo that hasn’t been said.
Except that it represents everything about sustainable food in Australia at the moment.
