Star gazing Auckland New Zealand
I always get nervous during this time of the year.
Thinking if I’ve done enough last year.
If I will do any better this year.

This shot was taken yesterday at a house on a cliff in Mangawhai, 90km away from Auckland.
If you were there with me, you’d share my epiphany that life can be short and long at the same time.

Our minds are bright, endless and beautiful.
Our fears, worries and insecurities can be dark, but they are also insignificant.

It’s all about context.
How we choose to focus on the positive or negative.

Here’s to optimism in the new year of the Horse.

That’s beautiful Harvard – the shot and the words. You continue to be the most creative, and possibly the most interesting, person I know. xxxk
