A few months ago I was approached to shoot something out of the ordinary.
It was a great brief: executive staff portraits of an advertising agency.

I had absolute freedom, except for one thing: the shots had to be done in a bathroom.

And being busy ad folks, each person only had 15 minutes to spare.

This was different from my usual wedding portraits, as it has to be tightly cropped in and be more corporately presentable.
I still wanted to use natural light, so all the shots were taken with a fast 50mm f1.8 lens on a Nikon D700.
Last I checked the lens is around $200. It’s crazy good.
And also crazy fun to shoot.
